I have a carefree personality, yet very active lifestyle, so I almost never have time to sit down and relax. That’s what’s drawn me to yoga. It has taught me the importance of taking the time to bring awareness to myself.
Since I’m always on a tight schedule, it’s important to me that my room reflects my practice. If I don’t have time to stop at the yoga studio or gym, I like to have space to practice right before bed or in the morning. Aside from space, the energy my room creates is an important aspect of the practice as well. Just like people, spaces radiate energy. I like mine to be grounded, balanced, and zen.
